Cancellation Policy

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Leece Bachman | Elegant Events by Leece (“Provider”) upon purchase of any Virtual Wedding Planning Package. By purchasing a package, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Refunds or Re-bookings All Virtual Wedding Planning Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a session or package is purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or re-bookings will be allowed under any circumstances. 2. Use of Digital/Virtual Products Any and all digital/virtual materials, templates, or resources provided during the Sessions, including but not limited to timelines, checklists, and vendor recommendations, are for personal use only by the purchasing Client. These materials may not be resold, shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes in any form. All intellectual property provided during the session remains the exclusive property of Leece Bachman, owner of Elegant Events by Leece. 3. Virtual Sessions Only All services included in the Virtual Wedding Planning Packages are virtual and remote. No in-person meetings, consultations, or day-of coordination services are included in any of the packages. All interactions will occur through online platforms, such as video calls, emails, and digital resources. In-person wedding planning, event coordination, or day-of services are available for separate booking, if applicable. 4. Scheduling and Availability Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. In the event of a no-show or failure to attend a scheduled session (not present by 10 minutes past the designated start time), no make-up sessions or refunds will be provided. 5. Limitation of Liability Leece Bachman | Elegant Events by Leece is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial consequences arising from the use of the services, digital products, or advice provided during the Sessions. Client acknowledges and agrees that all decisions regarding their wedding are ultimately their own responsibility. 6. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a Virtual Wedding Planning Package, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement. The Client acknowledges that failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in termination of services without refund or further recourse. Thank you for choosing Elegant Events by Leece!
