After an initial deposit to secure our services, we can work individually with you to create a customized payment schedule that suits your needs. We believe in providing you with the utmost attention and dedication, which is why we do our best to book only one wedding per weekend. This ensures that each couple receives our team's full focus and commitment, allowing us to create a truly personalized and unforgettable experience for your wedding day. However, there were some inquiries that came in and we saw a need to make some changes in the summer of 2024, and we changed our policy to include up to two weddings at a time/per weekend. That's the main reason that Annie was brought on the team as the associate planner, so that we could take on the needs of our clients' desires to have a wedding in Roanoke and another in Lexington, both on the same weekend! When Annie isn't the lead for coordination at a wedding, she still plays a vital role as an assistant to Leece for vendor meetings, virtual meetings with clients, 'behind the scenes' planning and digital tracking, and in-person day-of assistance as well. Our team certainly does, but it's not just for the day! We refer to it as day-of facilitation. Leece or Annie starts working with you at least 60 days before your wedding day. You've already put so much planning and details into your special day, so we come in and tie-up everything into a pretty bow so that you can be present for your own elegant event! ** Coordination services are available for weddings and other events. Yes! Our day-of facilitate and full-planning packages have at least one experienced assistant from Leece's team there for you on your big day. To help make your dreams come true, just like we will plan them to be, Leece can have extra support by adding more assistants to join in on the fun. Upon booking your date, you'll be assigned either Leece or Annie as the lead for your elegant event while one of the assistant's from the team joins them on-site for your big day!

For outside venues, that staff may provide some event coordination services, but Elegant Events by Leece offers a comprehensive wedding planning experience that goes beyond what the venue typically provides. Tying in close relationships with the venues, we work closely with you to create a personalized and seamless wedding day, from brainstorming and conceptualizing the theme to managing vendors, timelines, and logistics.
